Not true to fit

Not true to fit. I strongly recommend to take measurements. Some clothes fit true, others not so much. I ordered a size 18 bandeau wrap dress (I'm a size 14/16 so if anything, this should have been too big for me) I tried it on and it was so hard to get on because it was far too small. It was super tight and because it was so small, it did not look good on at all. Would fit someone who is a size 12. The material was super see through (it was white but cmon, who the hell makes white dresses without the inner layer? Makes no damn sense).
I also bought a pair of heels. I'm a size 8 so I sized up to a 9 just incase. And sure enough, they JUST fit. Im not happy at all with my purchases. I will be asking for a refund.

I was expecting a full refund on my order, but one item was missing although I sent it in the same parcel, Cath located this and put the refund through, really appreciate how swiftly and sufficiently this issue was dealt with.

Petite orange mini skirt

Really happy with my new Boohoo petite mini skirt. Love the orange colour. Fits me so perfectly. I dress up the skirt with either heels or down with sneakers. I love how cute it looks on me. Very pleased.

I did not receive my parcel and when…

I did not receive my parcel and when speaking to Angelica at boohoo she was able to help refund me my total amount even though I had been told by others that I would have to wait 2 weeks.

Customer service

I’ve had a couple issues with my recent order which left me disappointed but the service I received was great! I’ve spoke with two lady’s on two separate occasions one called Kymberley, unfortunately I cannot recall the first ladies name however, the girls are so helpful and have been open to listen and offer a quick and helpful solution.. as a fellow service operator myself I understand the want to help as much as you can and this has definitely been the case. Welldone girls💕

Twice I returned items to boohoo and…

Twice I returned items to boohoo and still haven’t received money. This second time been weeks and I still cannot see a refund in my account. I will never buy from this company again. I am so fed up of it all. 😔😡

Paid twice for 1 order and 6 and half weeks later no help of refund

I tried to placed an order on my works computer and when it came for the payment to go through it kicked me out, I logged on my phone and order went through fine, only to find 2 payments were made of £116, I have 2 transactions numbers, 2 invoice numbers and yet boohoo still can’t sort it out! I have been in touch on and off since 3rd August with no resolution! And all they keep saying to me is they have passed it over to finance team! I honestly don’t know what to do now as I’ve paid twice and yet they don’t seem to want to help giving back the error payment! I have sent proof of payment out my bank, and confirmations and nothing! If you ever have an experience of this please be aware it won’t get sorted they have you lingering on, am still waiting for this to be resolved and it’s been 6 and half weeks!

Worse than China.

Bohhoo, Trendyol, Preety little thing, Misspap, Nastygal, Dorothy Perkins; all belonging to Bohhoo brand should not exist! Very cheap materials, all plastic! Waste of money. Either you improve, Either stop lying people with your garbage!

I had a problem downloading the QR code which was needed to return an item that was, sadly, too small.

Is their clothing quality good or is it really bad polyester shein-level material? Also, does it look like pics on website and is it sturdy material?

Its thin material and out of shape. I purchased 13 items only 4 are actually wearable

It's a gamble here, I purchased size 20 jackets 4 of them. 1 was a good fit 2 over sized by 2 sizes up and the other 2 sizes down even though the labels say size 20 they definitely were not

I just got my order in. I'm from Houston. I ordered on March 26... I'm pleased with my items... I'd say it's almost like buying from forever 21 as far as quality. I bought 5 items and I'm happy with them all except for this skirt. Only cus of my shape. I'm 5'7 199 lbs. Just have a fluffy stomach. I think if I was slimmed down it would be cute on me. The site said my size was a 14. My normal size is a 12. I purchased all 12's and glad I did. Nothing was too snug or too big. Theb14 would have been too big. Hope this helps.
